• Any data including personal data which is being entered into the GIBO Project Site will be held securely by Soofi Group. Soofi Group will share this information with trusted third parties involved in the GIBO Project in order to operate the service (including the free website developed and the free domain name registered), and they may contact Indian businesses to help them benefit from the service. Soofi Group will not share personal data with other third parties unless Indian businesses have given their consent or through options available in subsequent communications.
• When requesting a free domain name, Soofi Group is obliged to provide registrant details to ResellerClub.com, a body which offers registration of .in & .co. domain name s to the Soofi Group .
• If at any time Indian businesses wish to change any of the information which appears on their site, they need to do this by using the control panel or administration panel facilities in the free websites.
• Soofi Group will embed the GIBO Project logo in the free website. This logo should remain intact if Indian businesses wish to receive after-development support.
